How to book OK Mobility Transfer vehicles

A vehicle must be booked at least 48h before the date when you would like to enjoy the service.
All OK Mobility Transfer bookings can be cancelled and amended. Just call us on +34919 246 887, with the following stipulations:
1. Cancellation:
50% of the total value for the service shall be paid with notice of 24 hours or more.
The full value for the service shall be paid with notice of under 24 hours.
2. Amendment: Up to 24 hours notice; subject to availability.

You will have 30 courtesy minutes from the time when the service is scheduled to begin. Once this time has passed, the booking will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged for the total amount of the booking.
